Class Policy

Class fees are required at the time of registration. No refunds unless the class is cancelled. A supply list will be given upon registration. Your project will last longer and wear better if you buy quality fabrics and notions. If you already have these, please bring them. If you need them, we appreciate you purchasing them from Bittersweet Quilts.

Retreat Policy

Full payment is due upon registration. If your plans unexpectedly change, a full refund will be given with 30 days notice prior to the start of the retreat; or a 50% refund will be given with 2 weeks notice prior to the start of the retreat.  After that time there is a NO REFUND/NO HOLDOVER policy.
