Bittersweet Retreat #1 March 17-20, 2022

Bittersweet Quilts is very excited to announce our Spring 2022 Christian Women’s Quilting Retreat. This is a great chance to get away for an extended weekend.  The retreat is never limited to just quilting.  Feel free to bring that one friend that makes jewelry, amazing greeting cards; Patt Brantley, macrame (It's back, seriously.  Seriously?) because we all know it's mostly about the fellowship and great food.

The retreat is held on a 40 acre church campground facility located near Racine, MO.  The cost of the retreat is $195.00 which includes lodging, delicious meals, demos and giveaways.  Lodging options are dormitory style, cabins or RV hookup.  If you want/need a cabin to yourself we can accommodate this request.  The shower facility is located down the hallway if you are in the dormitory, down the pathway for the cabins and RVers-well you’ve got it made. There is a short daily devotional, great food, opportunities to shop at Bittersweet Quilts and The Fabric Merchant, and plenty of time to stitch!!

The $195.00 fee is payable upon registration. In order to be fair to everyone, we cannot hold your space or pencil in your name. Please register online at www.bittersweetquilts.com and click on the "Classes/Retreats" button.  Space is more limited than usual so do not delay registering.  If your plans unexpectedly change, a full refund is given 30 days prior to the start of the retreat or a 50% refund is given two weeks prior to the start of the retreat.  After that time there is a NO REFUND/NO HOLDOVER policy.

Because of the world in which we live today, I will address COVID.  HIPPA is a thing so we will not be asking you why you do or don't have a mask on or to produce your immunization card.  We are all considerate adults and fall into one of four categories.  1) I've been vaccinated, 2) I've had COVID 2a) Both of the former, 3)I'm still concerned and will stay home, or 4) I'll take the risk and will sign a waiver.  Also, we will no longer have complete access to the kitchen.  The kitchen is now a NO GO zone.  If whatever you bring requires refrigeration, you will absolutely need to bring your own cooler.  Ice will be available.

The campground address is 10357 Eland Road, Neosho MO 64850
