Option #3: Option #3 Bittersweet Retreat Spring Retreat April 15-18, 2021

*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY*

Bittersweet Quilts is very pleased and excited to sponsor our annual Spring Christian Women’s Quilting Retreat.  This will be a chance to get away from the insanity of 2020 and fellowship with each other.  The retreat is not limited to quilting, however.  You may bring whatever your favorite craft/s may be.

This retreat will held at Memorial Hall, Carthage MO.  The cost of the retreat is $195.00 which includes lodging, meals prepared and cleaned up, demos and giveaways.  Lodging options at the Quality Inn will be double occupancy queen rooms or private rooms.  Upon registration, let us know your roommate preference.  There will be great food, opportunities to shop at Bittersweet Quilts and The Fabric Merchant, plenty of time to finish your UFOs and lots of fun!!

The $195.00 fee is payable upon registration.  In order to streamline this process, all registrations will be online through the website, www.bittersweetquilts.com.  There are many registration options so please read carefully and please have patience with me as I work through this crazy process.  In order to be fair to everyone, we cannot hold your space or pencil in your name.  If your plans unexpectedly change, a full refund will be given up until two weeks prior to the start of the retreat.  This will be a hard deadline of April 1, 2021.

Carthage and Joplin no longer have mask mandates, though some businesses you visit in the Carthage and Joplin area may still require a mask.  Masking versus non-masking is a very divisive issue.  We all know that.  I will not act as the mask police.  Each retreater will need to decide what they are most comfortable with and that is their business; not mine or that of anyone else.  We will still have ironing stations complete with hand sanitizer.  Memorial Hall is plenty large enough for us to spread out.

COMMENTS (ie. food allergies, physical limitations, diabetic, roommate preference, I snore like a cave troll and need to have my own hotel room, or any other information that might make your weekend away more enjoyable.)  Chef Philpot makes every attempt to accommodate all dietary restrictions, however, if you require grass fed by hand, organic, non-GMO, cage free, range free meats then you my consider bringing some of your own food in your own cooler.  Refrigerator space is very very limited.
